Point & Click Inc is an approved New York Eligible Training Provider. The New York State Eligible Training Provider List (NYS-ETPL) was established in compliance with Title 1 of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) of 1998. The purpose of the ETPL is to present a broad and diverse selection of training choices to support employment goals of individuals.

One stop Centers are a collaboration of agencies, departments and organizations that are responsible for helping individuals find and keep a job. Each workforce investment area in NYS has one or more One-Stop Centers - single, physical locations that house representatives of employment, education and training programs for the convenience of the customer. There is also a network of affiliated sites and electronic access points that make up this system.
What individuals are eligible to use the One Stop System?
Adults, dislocated workers, youth, displaced homemakers, veterans, Native Americans, migrant workers, employment and unemployed workers, disabled workers and many others. Please also be aware that the One Stop System provides universal access for many of the available reemployment services.
What services are available through the One Stop System?
Core services such as job search and placement assistance, skill assessment, eligibility determination, labor market information, information on supportive services (child care, transportation), and information on participating programs; Intensive services such as comprehensive and specialized needs and skills assessments, development of individual employment plans, group counseling, individual counseling, career planning, case management and soft skills development; and Training services.
