As we deliver our services to our client this section will review some of the successes we have delivered for our clients. 

Client:  The premier provider of global video and data broadcasting services via satellite.
Solution: This organization was moving from a stand alone Travel and Expense reporting system to a corporate wide on-line system.  Point & Click was asked to develop both an Instructor Led Course as well as a cd/online training course that could be used as a refresher or as new employees were brought on board as their training for their use of the Travel and Expense reporting system. Point & Click worked with the IT Executives to first review who the users were, where they were located and how much time we had to deliver the training.  After developing a project plan we developed, delivered this project on time, on budget and to the delight of the users.  Point & Click delivered  the training throughout the United States.

Client: The leading provider of retirement programs and services for community banks nationwide.
Solution:  As this organization was going through some Executive changes it was determined that if this company was going to grow and continue it's success of the past and  increase their value to themselves and their clients that a comprehensive training and education plan was needed.  Point & Click was brought in to assess the current technology skill level of the associates and upon completion develop a cost effective training plan to address the skills gap.  Point & Click worked closely with the Vice President of Human Recourses to develop customized training courses to give their associates the skills needed to be more efficient and effective through the use of technology.  To date the organization has felt they have seen a marketable improving in the skills of their associates and help desk calls have decreased.

Client:  A government organization designed to provide high quality services to their customers; businesses and job seekers that will lead to the development of a first-rate workforce. 

Solution: Point & Click has worked with this agency to deliver one on one training sessions that meet the specific needs of some of their clients.  Point & Click was asked to develop curricula for some of their clients that can not sit through full day classes with other students in class.  Point & Click delivers what the students need in the portions that they can take full advantage of.  After the students have successfully completed their training sessions they can then go out with their new skills and feel confident interviewing for new opportunities. To date all of the students that have been through our skills development sessions have gone on to new careers.
